Analysis:
    On weekends i use less media that on a usual school day. everything i use is more for desire. Compared to a usual school day, the amount of media used is alarmingly different. On weekends i use more of my time outside, walking my dog, or meeting friends. I also spend more of my time playing instruments and sketching. 
    I am gald to see the differance between a school day and a day of the weekend, it comforts me to know that my exposure to the media isn't so drastic when i am having "relaxed" time. 
my overall hours of usage with media was 2-3 hours

analysis: 
   overall, i would say that i was shocked when i looked at the list i had created throughout the day. I had no aware that my usage of media was at this rate. I normally ( over the weekend) don't use a lot of media. My overall number of hours contributed to the media was approximately 80%. However, this was a normal school day and i am sure that my consumption of media increases more than the normal number of hours i spend exposed to the media over the weekends.   
     As i look now over the list i realize that the media i use is repetitive, things or gadgets i use constantly, and without thought. they have become part of my "daily" routine and objects that i turn to almost automatically controlled by emotional need, such as my ipod touch. 
    Most of the things i used are voluntarily, such as school work and school sites. I must say that i have learned a lot about  my exposure to Media and how frequently i use it. I've learned that on a school day, i must use, more or less than 9 hours of media.
